  1. That's very interesting as the pipeline that was recently put in around Broome,( which some refer to as "the Chevron pipeline"),was not put out to tender, but was done by Roadline on a "cost plus" basis. It cost heaps, was very badly planned, and at times resembled a comedy of errors. You may remember the incident over at Water Corp where an excavator was submerged by accident when someone left a tap on over the weekend.Well there was supposed to be a new water tank constructed there, but due to the cost over runs on the Roadline pipeline job the Water Corp has had to put those plans on hold. They ran out of money after they paid Roadline for all their stuffups!

  2. The question to ask is Where is all the money coming from? there seems a pool of money spent on a buy up with no accountability if it is done for benefit of community?? , all done with smoke and mirrors by a certain few. dig deep and you shall find.
