Food for thought from the victor, Colin Barnett | The Australian: But Mr Barnett is facing real difficulties in driving the two projects he wants to see developed more than any others: the $6 billion Oakajee Port and rail network in the state's Mid-West region and the proposed $40bn-plus Browse LNG project at James Price Point near Broome.

Oakajee has been stalled by a series of damaging cost blowouts. Perth-based Woodside Petroleum is widely expected to declare its James Price Point LNG option as too expensive.
